Robot Risers KPI

We connect the sensors and machines on your line to one system that watches every reading, warns you the moment something drifts, and records run time, downtime, output and OEE for every job.

Supervisor tablet showing the Start New Job screen for Line 3
01

Every reading, live

Temperatures, vacuum, pressure, vibration, motor current, line speed and room conditions, updated about once a second and saved to a log you can open in Excel.

02

Two-level alarms

A minor alarm turns the reading yellow and shows its allowed range. A major alarm flashes on every TV and sounds the floor horns.

03

TV dashboards

A live process diagram, sensor list and production numbers, sized to be read from across the floor.

04

Jobs and reports

Start a job with its spec and target. Changeover time is measured automatically, and every job ends with a PDF report.

05

OEE from real data

Availability × Performance × Quality, worked out from what the sensors recorded. Run time only counts while the line is actually making product.

06

Supervisor tablet

Start jobs, enter scrap and adjust limits from the floor. Anyone can look; every change needs the supervisor PIN.

Every sensor in one table

Set each sensor's alarm limits, calibration offset, alarm delay and horn, or switch it off. Changes reach the floor screens within seconds.

Sensor setup page with each sensor's port, live reading, offset, major and minor alarm limits, alarm delay, horn and on/off switch

Bring your ideas and we'll make it happen!
